Overview of White Spring
This rare spring tea from India is minimally processed to preserve its natural freshness and flavors, with a smooth mouthfeel and a sweet flavor unique to tea grown on Himalayan soils. Like other white teas, it is low in caffeine and high in antioxidants. The White Spring tea is harvested in one of the lesser known tea regions in India - at the foothills of the Himalayas - but it is one of the areas where local small-scale farmers have a chance to earn sustainable wages. By supporting these farmers, we hope to improve their financial livelihood, environmental preservation, and community development.
