It was specially formulated by our certified tea specialists using all natural, organic ingredients that have been shown to support women's health.

Chocolate Oolong
Drinking oolong tea promotes cardiovascular health, boosts the immune system and may significantly lower the risk of developing breast cancer and ovarian cancer.

Alfalfa Leaf
Alfalfa has estrogenic activity, which may be useful in treating problems related to menstruation and menopause, and be effective in relieving symptoms such as hot flushes, insomnia, nocturnal sweating, dizziness, and headaches.

Chamomile flowers
Chamomile helps to relieve the physical and emotional symptoms of PMS and may be more effective than some prescription drugs.

Dong Quai Root
Dong quai (also known as “female ginseng”) may have a positive effect on various female processes, such as menopause, and help support hormonal balance.

Milk Thistle
Milk thistle, in combination with ingredients, may help support female hormonal balance, reduce symptoms such as hot flashes and night sweat, and improve sleep quality.

Precautions
Consumption of tea, alfalfa leaf, chamomile, dong quai root, and milk thistle is generally well tolerated. For tea, some people may experience side effects such as insomnia or restlessness due to the caffeine found in tea. For alfalfa leaf, it may interact with certain medications, such as warfarin. For chamomile, those with allergies to other members of the Asteraceae family (e.g. daisies, sunflowers) should exercise caution. For dong quai, it may increase the effects of anticoagulant drugs such as warfarin. Do not take during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. For milk thistle, some people may experience side effects such as nausea, abdominal pain or diarrhea. Those with allergies to other members of the Asteraceae family should exercise caution.
